REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

LEGISLATION

Under the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act (1998), you have the right to seek a repair or a replacement for a faulty item. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive shopping experience. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to refund or replace your item 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include any tags or labels.

Customers are responsible for sending the item/s back and the return shipping cost.

If a replacement is being issued, only the return shipping will need to be paid for. 

I will pay for the replacement to be shipped after inspection.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

However, if a replacement is needed the above criteria applies.

RETURN PROCESS GUIDE

1. After reading through the policy to evaluate if you are eligable for a return, contact me through your communication method of choice - instagram, facebook or depop messages, or by using the chat or contact section on this website.

Please outline in detail the problem/s with your item/s and if available feel free to send any images or videos of the faults.

If you have changed your mind or don't like your product, please outline why this may be.

I will then let you know if you are eligible for a return.

2. After approved as eligible for a return, please send back your items via your local post office. This is to be done within 30 days after receiving your item.

You can reuse the original shipping bag. If your item is fragile, please make sure that it is protected or else it may not be eligible for return.

3. Once your item has been received on our end, I will evaluate if you are eligible for a replacement. If not, a refund still may be issued but only if your item has been returned in acceptable condition.

For replacements, I will send your fixed or new item ASAP. For refunds, they will be issued on our end immediately and you will receive confirmation when done so. This may take a few business days to enter into your bank.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria.

​

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
